problems with statistic

Hello, i use xp, play in gnuf. When i read hands it seems all work fine and all hands is read, but in statistic there is no player. what can be?

What version of PT2?
Does the auto-import window say specifically that it's importing hands every time the timer fires or does it say there is an error?

Writes that xxxx hand was read, it seems that all work but statistic is empty

What email did you use to purchase PT2? I don't have a record of this one used for the forum.
