Problems with exchange rate

I play on Crypto and some of the table are in GBP. So, when i do the "Mass enter" it gets updated, but i still don't see the updated amount in the general info area. I use the PT of a friend , being in Vegas now, strange thing thing is that on my PT at home all this works and i use the same version here. You have any idea what the problem is?

Also, how do i delete the mass enter numbers at once by the way? The rates have changed and i want to update them a bit w/o creating duplicate entries, so i want to delete the numbers i have so far and enter new ones, but don't want to delete them one at a time...

You can't mass delete the rates, if you just re-enter them then it should replace the old rates with the new rates.

You need to make sure you have the latest patch, version 2.17.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

I have the latest patch. But still, i see the amount i won in pounds, instead of dollar in the "General info" tab.

Go to the Session Notes tab and in the look at the Session Detail section. Scroll the data over to the right so you can see the exchange rate value for every session. Is it displaying the exchange rates there or does it show N/A or 1?

It says "unknown" for some reason even though i have inserted it through the mass enter feature

Click the Exchange Rate button and enter a rate and save. Does it show correctly then? Are you sure you are letting PT change the regional settings to English/US at startup?
