Stars unable to find streets and missing hands

I recently switched over from FTP to stars and for some reason my new database(and old) is missing the majority of my hands. When I go to import I usually get an error mesage saying some streets were missing like this one.

C:\Program Files\PokerStars\mstrbball\HH20080710 Juvisia fast, no all-in - $0.25-$0.50 - No Limit Hold'em - 1 on 1.txt

No flop found for game #18722926109.

or this one

No river found for game #18723005458.

any suggestions?
