Issue with ODBC drivers

Just reinstalled windows and downloaded tracker with latest patch 2.17.02 and i've got the regional settings set on automatic US/ENU
and also in the regional settings in control panel US + correct numbers

Site is prima/microgaming (pokerhost)
Doing everything same way as before and it was working, now i've got this issue.

Okey i've got it fixed now, sorry for that, downloaded the needed .exe file for ODBC
