problems with stats imported from Titan Poker

Postby akephalos » Sun Jul 13, 2008 10:53 am

Hi, I'm using Poker Tracker Holdem on Titan Poker since about half a year and used it on Party Poker where never were any problems. Initially I had problems to get any stats because I didn't give PT the correct file where to put the processed old hands but I could fix this. Afterwards everything worked correctly for a short while, but then PT started to only show me the stats from my last two or three sessions when opening ring game player statistics. I tried to change under preferences to statistics of all dates but it didn't work. Then I brought my lap top to a friend's place where he had a look at my PT but he too had no idea what caused the problem and how to fix this. Since I didn't delete any hands from my old hands file we tried to reimport these. Of course importing such a huge mass of data took very long and unfortunately my lap top battery ran down before finishing. During all that time when playing and at the same time using PT everything seemed to work correctly, I get table stats from my PA hud and PT is always asking me to compact my Poker and hand history database after several sessions and then telling me that everything is processed. I simply cannot get any long term statistics. what should I do?

Thank you

If PokerAce is showing the stats but you don't see all of them in PT then you probably have filters set on the Preferences tab that are preventing data from showing, see the FAQ

I removed all filters and clicked on all dates but I still only get the statistics of 654 hands. Even if by trying to reimport all my old hands I might have deleted all stats that were in PT I think that in the meantime I have played more than this number of hands. I'm at home right now and do not depend on the lap top battery. should I try to reimport all the old hands again?

Yes, after you reimport the hands see if PT says the hands are already in your database.

I reimported the old hands now and it worked. I also played another session and afterwards PT added new players and several hundred hands to my statistics. The only odd thing is that I made a plus in this session of more than fifty dollars and PT only shows six dollar plus under total amount won, but all other satistics seem to be o.k. as far as I have checked them. And it is possible that most of the fifty dollars come frome a special summer rakeback which is simply added to my account and not marked as rakeback money. I still haven't got a clue what exactly caused the malfunction, but as far as I can judge it everything is working correctly again.
Thank you.
