problems importing prima hands

i am trying to import my hands from prima (eurolinx). they were importing fine for about half of my session then all of a sudden it kept saying that there were no ne hands to import even though i was still playing.

i have checked on the eurolinx lobby and can see the ahnds that i have played however PT is not picking them up.

any help would be greatfully recieved.

p.s i am using vista but have UAC turned off and have also downloaded teh altest update for PT.

What version number of PT? 2.17.01g??

You can actually see the full hand histories for these hands? Or just the game numbers? Are you able to export the hands to a text file from the lobby window?

ive tried exporting through the client but it wont let me.

You should be allowed to export them, I know the Prima software has this functionality.

Close and reopen PT, go to the Prima auto-import window and click the Force Import button. Does it load any new hands now or does it tell you that there are no new hands?

Does it give any errors, does the yellow "!" show above the status section of the auto-import window after you import?

I have the same problem since i update the PR software to the new version.
It seems to read the hand but not to import them.

This is the error message i got:

I've got exactly the same problem as senzatetto : it seems it has something to do with prima's new software.

With older software on other prima site, everything is fine.

For these errors, you need to get the 2.17.01h patch....

ok thx now it works.
But I have a big issue with positionning.

I made my custom display according to a table I was playing, and when I opened another one, all the seatings were false, of course except mine...
Everyone had the stats of the guy on his left...
On another table all stats were moved two on the left...
This problem could be handled with preferred seating in the preference option for pokerstar, but with prima how can I handle that ?

I tried to disable preferred seating on prima, but it does not work better...

PS : What is strange is that the software correctly displays the stats when I click on the player's name. However "permanent" stats are not working well...
