Problem importing on hollywood poker

Hi, i need some help.. i just download the trial version but i dont understand 1 thing..

For the auto-import to work, you must download the poker client software from PokerRoom. YOU CANNOT use this while playing on the java based poker application at PokerRoom because it does not have a way for you to enable statistics. The poker software can be downloaded from the PokerRoom web site by clicking on the Download Version link, see picture below...

Once you download and install the software, open it and log in using your user name and password. To enable statistics tracking, open the Statistics menu option and click the Enable Statistics option. This will cause the SQLite database to be created on your PC. NOTE: the file is not actually created until you play your first real money hand.

if i play on Hollywoodpoker i have to download PokerRoom and log in there? or what?.. on hollywood i can Enable Statistics option too.. ok, i did it on Hollywood and then i press start on pt for read database.. and then on pt appears an error that says Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 0 hand(s) were imported. Then i Open it and all the hands says this.. Unable to get the game number(2)...P4-62328096-1559... so what im doing wrong?..thx:)
