Poker stars hand histories not importing

Hi guy's i havent used pokertracker before on pokerstars only full tilt, whiles this works fine for full tilt this does not work on pokerstars.
ive done the set up right, but when i hit the start import button, it keeps coming up error. is there something wrong im doing ?
im running version 2.17.02 on windows vista, and yes im running it through admin some help plaese.
also what do i need to do if want to upgrade to pokertracke 3 ?

You'll need to get the latest patch - I'll move this to the PT2 forum, have a look at the stickies at the top of the forum.

If you want to try PT3, just download Build 3 from the Download page.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.03d from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
