cant use game time + with tracker

I can answer that for you. It has been a long time since I used the program but GT+ does not support tournaments, only cash games and only at certain support sites.

Yes, PokerAce works for Pacific in both ring and tournaments.

GT+ only works for ring games no matter what the site it.
