Tournament infor missing

I use POP3 email to get my PStars sit n go tournament summaries. I have imported a number of tourney summaries lately, but the only information that appears in the player statistics and manual import windows is the tournament # and date. There is no buy-in, no fee, no information at all, yet I can view the hands. Each time I do the import I get confirmation that the summaries have been imported. All filters have been turned off. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Open the File > Tournament Results - Manual Entry > PokerStars window.
If there are any tournaments listed there without the buy-in and fee, etc entered then try requesting the summary for those and importing them again. Note that if you have manually made any changes to this information before you requested the summary that PT will not import the emailed summary because it thinks you've already done that manually.
