Trying to upload hands from POP3; do what I usually do but screen freezes in the status screen....I wait about 10 minutes then close down; do I have to wait longer...?
Any ideas...

Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running that could be blocking PT from connecting? If so, disable it and try it again.
