Combining an old mdb database

I recently got PT again and I would like to combine my old databases with the current one.

I have the mdb database and hand history files but am unsure of how to add the files into pokertracker. I read a post on how to have the files added when you first install pokertracker but now I am several tournaments in and wish to add the old database and hand history files.
