Error when importing hands Pokerstars

Hello, I am using the latest version of PokerTrackre v2 (2.17.03d) and have not been able to successfully import from PokerStars. I had no problems however playing on FullTilt. Here is the error message I received:

I did a search already and saw no other posts regarding this error, so I hope someone will have some ideas. All settings should be correct in Poker Tracker and PokerStars.

I don't know how it would work on one site and not on another...unless you are importing into different databases. The only time I've seen this error is when someone has copied a database file from one PC to another and the file is tagged as "read only". Have you done this?

Also, are you using Vista?
