Poker Tracker Can't Find My Databse

I recently had this issue and resolved with the steps given from the FAQ:

Now Poker Tracker cannont find my database when it starts up and when compacting the databases.

What is the EXACT error messages you are getting?
Are you using Vista?

"Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\hhdb.mdb'.

It sounds then like you renamed that file but didn't download the new, empty file. Go back to this FAQ

in issue #1 is a link you can use to save the empty hhdb.mdb file to your hard drive, save it to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder.
