Restart the computer.
Go to the Start menu and select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC)
Click on the System DSN tab
Click on the PTRACKHH entry and click the Configure button.
On the next window, click the Repair button and then OK again when prompted.
If this works, try PT again.

Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder.
Is there a file called hhcopy.mdb there?
If so, rename the hhdb.mdb file to hhdb_bad.mdb and then rename the hhcopy.mdb file to hhdb.mdb and try it again.

Restart the computer and try it again. There is nothing PT is doing that should be making you not be able to rename the file.
