No hand history

I have pt2 and it keeps telling me "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import." This is on full tilt and I have made sure that my hand history is saved on it and that they are both on the same folder. I also got this message when I started pt " Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 44 file(s) read - 33 new hand(s) were imported". My HUD is recognizing the tables but obviously not getting the hands to display. What can I do?

Are you using Vista? If so, then you need to be running all of your poker software as administrator. See this FAQ

I am not using vista is there something else it can be?

If it's telling you no files were found then you are not telling PT to look in the right folder or you don't have FT setup to save the files to the hard drive.

Click the Help link at the top right corner of the FT auto-import window and make sure you have it setup EXACTLY as it details there and that you have FT set to save the files to the hard drive as it details there.
