Registration

Hi,

I purchased PTV2 a few years ago, problem is I cant remember when or what email address I used to register the software.

I was forced to format my laptop recently and lost my database, aswell as the program itself. This was months ago as I havnt really played poker since. Today I downloaded PTV2 again as and Im told I need to register the product? How would I go about this? It was over 3years ago when I purchased the software and have no idea what information I would need etc.

I have a account with the PT forums already, when I first purchased my laptop and needed to register the software on a new machine I made a similar post and everything was fine, but I cant remember the log in details and the email address I use wasnt recognised when I click on forgot username/password.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the online support system. Include the new product ID in the ticket.
