Boss-Import error-Unable to get the game level/limit

Bossmedia,It worked yesterday. Now this message:
Unable to get the game level/limit...$4.00/$8.00 - No Limit Hold'em - 14:15:26 - 1939/01/22

Tryed FTP and it worked, no problem.

Tryed to compact DB and got this massage:
Unadle to compact the poker database.
Make sure that you don´t have the database open in another program(like Gametime+ or PokerAce HUB).

Restarted computer and tryed every thing again, same result.

What to do?

You need to be letting PT change your regional settings...

If you are using Vista, you need to be running all your poker software as administrator...

I have allways had PT change my settings, for some reson it stoped working.
I change the setting by hand, I now I can import the files.

I still cant compact the DB thow, any ideers how i can resolve this?

Are you sure it's running as administrator? Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run every time? It should.

I use XP and are admin as far as I know. Shuld I reinstall PT?

With Poker Tracker closed, you can try repairing the database following the steps listed here, it accomplishes the same thing as the compact does...

That dident work but when I tryed repairing there was a message about disk space. The disk with PT on has 5Gb free but my C: drive has only about 100mb.

I cleared some more space on C: and than it worked :P

Maybe it can help someone else.
