Hands 'imported with errors'. Pacific

Over the last few days my hands are being imported 'with errors', after i click on 'Error log display/maintainance' it has a number of errors related to finding the big blind. My stats are being affected by this, i can't find hands I know ive played. After reading other posts I have installed the latest patch as well as aquiring the updated handgrabber (which had not been running effectively with Pacific), neither of these has solved the problem. Any help would be much appreciated as frustration is setting in :cry:

This is a problem with the HandGrabber program not formatting the hands correctly. Please contact Idleminer support about this.
