First of all, I haven't been able to open the hand replayer for a while now. When I click the button, nothing happens.

Now, when I click the hand # (ie the underlined 13455646, for example) the HH window doesn't open.

I appreciate any help in advance. All I can tell you that might help is that I have 2 monitors. Sometimes programs try to open on the 2nd monitor even when it isn't attached. However, this problem occurs both when I'm running 1 and 2 monitors.
