Problems with PStars Tourney Import

Hi

I'm on 2.17.03f and I'm having trouble importing hand histories from email. They cut'n'paster fine, and when I try to use email, PT is seeing my account in that it shows the hands it is seeing. But it doesn't ever seem to recognise the hands and says none are available to import?

Are you using Check Email or POP3? If it's Check Email, what email program are you using? Are you using Vista? If so, it doesn't work on Vista.

I am using Vista and I don't have any problems importing PS Tournament Summaries using "Check Email".
