Import/export notes from Poker Star

I can't import/export my notes, I think it is because that Poker Stars calls the players for "Player" and that PT calls them for "user".

How do I fix this?

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
