Recently my hard drive crashed and I had to get a new computer. I am not very computer savvy but the guy that fixed it told me my OS had failed not really sure what that means but i told him to please see if he could save my pokertracker data. He was able to recover the pokertracker files and put them on an external hard drive. I then contacted you and got a new reg code for the PT2 version I downloaded to my new computer. How can i now import all my PT2 data from this external drive? I have went thru the import from file and clicked the hhdb file on the external drive but it will not import the hands or tournament summaries is there a way to do this? I can see the HH's in what looks like a excel format when I open the hhbd file on the external hard drive but cant get them transfered. I hate to lose 5 years of records and was too dumb to have a backup saved some where else. Thanks in advance for any help

With PT closed, copy any files listed here...
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1369

that were saved on the external drive (i.e. hhdb.mdb, ptrack.mdb and any other ptrackX.mdb files) to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. This should make it so that your old data is now back in the PT folder and when you run PT again you should see it.
