Problem with Auto-Rate function

I datamine FullTilt cash games and I made sure I have the settings for this correct:

In the "Auto-Import FullTilt Poker Hand Histories" window, Settings tab, i checked the "Auto rate players when importing hand histories".

In the "Observed Hands" tab, no boxes are checked. I have it set up to import hands with More Than Or Equal To 2 players.

Are these settings right? PT imports the observed hands without any problems but it doesn't seem to be rating the players.

'When I decide to join a table and I open a Game Time Window, I can see that I have many recorded hands for most players but there are no icons at all, except for me.

I also tried using the "Auto Rate Players" function in the utilities menu. I made sure there are no filters selected, PT goes through every player in the database (takes a lot of time) but no icons are ever changed.

I must be doing something wrong here, any ideas?

If there are no ratings then none of these players are meeting the criteria you have entered. How many hands do you have it set to start rating players at. You might need to lower that number.
