reinstall ptV2

i cant get on internet with my computer and i will have to reinstall everything.
i would like to know if there is a way to save my database or do i need to import everyhands again.

Backup the files listed here:

viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1369

Either to CD or to another computer. After you reformat, reinstall Poker
Tracker and use the support system to send me the new product ID from the Help/About window and I'll
send you a new code. Then you can copy the files you backed up to the new
install to get your data back.

i cant find extension mdb in c/prog files /ptv2....

ok i found it ptrack n hhdb ive paste those 2 folder in my usb keys....that's it??
pretty simple....could you confirm pls...i want to be sure b4 i reinstall window

From the Windows Explorer menu select the Tools option and then select Folder Options.

Click on the View tab.

UNCHECK the box that says "Hide extensions for known files types" and click the Apply button.

ok ive send an email to the sales dep.
can i paste back up in my new tracker or do i have to wait for the new serial num before??

You should do it now. CLOSE PT FIRST before you copy them over the files installed during the setup.

You just put those files into the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. You don't import anything, just copy them from whatever media you have to on into this folder.
