Error Opening File

Sir,

I am using the latest version of Poker Tracker V 2.16.03d. I have tried several times to import my notes from PokerStars and I receive the following error message: Error opening file C:\Program Files\PokerStars\notes.txt

I have checked the PokerStars notes file and it was in the proper directory. I can open the file and read the notes so I guess the file is not corrupted. But just in case I loaded my backup file and the same error occurred.I'm not sure what else to do. Thank yoi in advance for your support.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Also, if you are using Vista, you must be running PT as administrator as detailed at the top of that download page.
