I have problems importing hands from eurobet with the pokerroom autoimporter.

I have downloaded the newest patch, downloaded the import tool (forgot the name) and made a statistics file in the eurobet client.

I get no error message the program simply doesnt find any hands.

Are you using Vista? If so, read this FAQ

If that's not it, Go to the Statistics > Show Session Browser window from the Ongame lobby window menu. Are any of your hands shown there? If not, they aren't being saved. If they aren't you need to click the "Enable Statistics" option under the Statistics menu.
