Hands Missing at Microgaming/Prima

I'm playing at Nordicbet, I haven't used PT for a while. NB have USD and Euro tables, but PT cant see the difference!?
All tables display as Euro tables. Why?
And some hands are missing because my result is not correct...

What version of PT2 are you using?
If hands are missing, it's not a PT issue as it can only import what the site writes to the gamehistory.dat file.

I have been playing at USD tables.. but PT only displays euro..
