Print error

PT2 version 2.17.04g

Problem I just cannot figure out.

From the Tourney Notes tab, I can print my own stats for "Buy-in"; the very top section.
But, if I try to print any other player I get this error and it shuts PT2 down:
Error: Access violation at 0x106DD29A (tried to read from 0x07A53D7E), program terminated

Like I said, prints the stats for me fine; but not for any other player.

Thanks

It works fine for me. I don't know what would cause this, even if I did, at this point the only thing being fixed in PT2 is when a site changes their hand history formats such that they won't import.

Pat, I have all filters removed, can you think of anything I may have done that would cause this?
Any chance I have a corrupted file? I guess not or it would not print any report I would guess.

At any rate, I must take this opportunity to THANK YOU for the several years you have given the BEST in support of your product. I think I bought PT2 fairly early on, and you have been the most responsive to problems of ANY company I have ever dealt with.

Thanks again.

If you aren't using v2.17.04g, try installing that
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTH/download.php

It's can't imagine this would be a data corruption problem. Does the "Export" option on the print window work to allow you to export the data to a file?

It is version .04g

I'll try the export in the morning and see how that functions.
Thanks
