I'm pretty certain that %ATS for full ring is "raised preflop when folded to in the HJ/CO/BTN", but what is it for 6-max? I assume it's for a smaller number of seats since the HJ is effectively MP for 6-max and that wouldn't give very useful stealing %s relative to the number of seats there are...

It doesn't matter what type of game it is. As long as there are more than 2 players it's considered a steal attempt if there is a raise from the cut-off, button or small blind when all previous players have folded in front.
