Ongame HH import problem

When i play on Ongame PT is only importing some hands, but not all and after some time it is importing no hands at all and i have to restart PT to import all hands. I don`t get any error message. I have the newest patch. When it is importing the first time everything is perfect.

There are issues with the Ongame software where it lags in the time it takes to write the hand histories especially if you multi-table. So it should not be that PT is missing hands, it's just importing the new hands it finds whenever Ongame gets around to writing the hands. I always tell Ongame users to leave the lobby window open for about an hour after they are done playing in order to allow Ongame time to catch up so that all their hands can get recorded in PT.
