Have you seen this screen before??

Postby pokertx » Tue Apr 08, 2008 10:52 pm

I opened up PT2 and got this screen today and I have no idea what to do. I'm not sure why it's doing this now.. maybe has something to do with a resent PAHUD download (upgraded to the newest beta yesterday). P.S. It's an access database.

It means the database is corrupted.

Go to the Start menu and select Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC)
Click on the System DSN tab.
Click on the PTRACK2 entry there and click the Configure button.
On the next window, click the Repair button and then OK again when prompted.

After this, try running PT again.

Well, that didn't seem to fix the prob because when I tried to repair the database in question I got the following error...

However, I decided to add a new database to PT using the backup database of this particular database (ptrack6_backup). I set the backup database as the default, opened it up, and all my stats are there and appear to be functioning as normal. Is it okay that I resolved the problem this way?? or will I run into complications?

No, that will work, that would have been my next suggestion.
