Problem with BetSafe (Cryprtologic)

I am having trouble to get PT2 to work with Cryptologic (BetSafe).

In the "Auto-Import Cryptologic Hand History Logs" window, when it tries to import files it says:

"Success - The import was a success! - xxx file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported"

where xxx is the number of files read. It never finds any new hands. Always 0 hands are imported.

What am I doing wrong here?

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

To add some information about this problem. PT seems to be working fine on BetSafe when I am playing cash games. This problem only occurs with tournaments. Does this give you any hints?

Did you install the patch I gave you a link to above?
Open the Help/About Poker Tracker window, what does the version number say?

Hello , I have the last patch 2.17.01i installed but I have the same problem
"Import Finished - 7 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."
Could somebody give informations if it's the PT not working or me doing something wrong.

What folder are you telling PT to look for the files in? Click the Hand History Folder Location button on the Crypto auto-import window and tell me the folder you have entered there.

Crypto has been having problems creating hand histories where they will create a 0kb file instead of an actual hand history file.

"C:\Program Files\SunPoker.com\logs" as it is written in the Help file with the PT.

OK , I found out what is wrong. In the Sunpoker folder there are 2 folders - "logs" and "log"
The first one has no hands inside , but the other one is where the hands are saved.
