Stats not appearing

each time i quit a session all the stats I've collected on players disappear on PP, and when i join a tables with players i've played 100's of hands again the stats wont appear and i have to build new stats on players each time i start a new session. Any help would be appreciated. probably something simple but I'm not sure.

Can you see all the stats from these players in the ring stats window in PT?
If you see the stats there but not overlayed by PokerAce then please post this issue on the PokerAce forum so they can help you.
