My PTH skipped a few patches

This morning my installation of PTH popped up the notification to download a new patch (I'm still using PTH 2 for the moment). When I clicked the link, I got a 404 Error; I found the earlier question and Pat's response to that problem.

The thing is, I notice that the current update is PTH 2.17.02. The latest version I have is 2.16.03d. Did I not get notified of the last few patches?

Anyway, when I tried to install the PTH 2.17.02 patch I got an error message that said the installation file was corrupted and I should please obtain another copy. I tried it again, same thing happened. Is this because I've missed some patches/updates that were supposed to have already been installed?

There is nothing wrong with the patch file, please download it again
