want to purchase PT2 - but how to find my ID?

Hi, i want to purchase PT2 and i need the ID of that programm.. in the How'tos u say, i need to look at "help - about poker tracker". but here is my problem.. my trial experienced i cant open the programm.. so what to do now?!
