PT2 Crashing Error

Hi guys,

My PT2 has crashed a couple of times now with the following error (not sure if the addresses are the same every time but the error certainly is):

Error: Access violation at 0x11479987 (just tried to read from 0x1C124E7E). Program terminated.

I don't get the usual windows popup of "PT2 has performed and illegal operation and needs to close..." which I usually get when it crashes in other ways. So any ideas? Is it a PT problem or something like a damaged memory address on my PC?

What site are you importing from?
What version # of PT?
Are you using an Access or a PostgreSQL database?
Are you sure that you had just one instance of PT open and importing and not 2 instances trying to import at the same time?
Are you using any add-on programs like PokerAce?

I'm using PT2.17.02 at Full Tilt Poker. Using PAHUD and Spadeye. Access Database. Only one instance open.

Does it give this error every time? Or just occasionally?

Are all 3 of these programs usually running when this error happens? If so, restart the computer and try it with just PT and PA running.

It's occasionaly. Yes all three are running usually

Problem still persisting. Rebooting has made no difference, but it's unclear whether running without PAHUD and Spadeye has helped. The problem happens once every few hours and seems to be random so I can't necessarily reproduce the problem without running for a whole evening without the additional software.
