That is what pops up when I start poker tracker after installing it on my copy of windows xp. I think, but not sure, that this is due to removal of certain windows xp features before installation. I am not sure what though.

What email was used to purchase the program? I have no record of this one you used for the forum.

This is for running the trial. I have not yet purchased the software.

The error occurs after I click on the ok for the trial window. Then the software closes itself. This is before I can access anything in the software, including help. If I were able to use the software it would primarly be for full tilt. I am able to see the menu for file and help and such but the error message prevents me from accessing it. When I click ok on the error, the software closes.

Try installing PT3 then it works for FT and PT2 is no longer being sold anyway.
