PokerTracker opened commmand prompt, WTF?

I recently had my pokertracker .exe file disappear. Through searching I have found out that my AVG deleted it on me. Anyways, early this morning I downloaded PT from this website, and reinstalled it. When I opened it, I noticed that it opened up my command prompt very briefly, at most 2 seconds. It was open so quickly that I couldn't read what it said or did. So I panicked. Why is PT opening my command prompt, and what is it doing?

The only thing it does is adds some registry stuff for the win % function of the replayer. It's always done this. And there was no virus in the program, AVG is giving false report.
