Error when importing ongame hands

This just started today on Tower Gaming for me. I use PT v2.17.02b. any ideaS? Thanks.

Error finding the pre-flop action for game #P4-69076647-2446.
This error is usually indicative of a hand where a player making a betting action is not listed in the seating section of the hand history.

As the message suggests there is information missing from the hand history that prevents PT from importing this hand. There is nothing PT can do about this error when the site doesn't store the information correctly.

I am also getting error messages when importing Ongame hands. This concerns both TowerGaming and Hollywood Poker and it seems there is an error message for every hand.

There are different error messages:
"Error finding the blinds for game ..."
"There are no pre-flop betting actions for player ..."
"Duplicate seats found ..."
"finding player ..."

What's going on?

This indicates the Ongame database file you have PT importing from is corrupt.

Under the Statistics menu on the lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.
