You'll have to edit the file that these hands histories are in and do a global search/replace to change the player name from "VuaXi`Tô'" to "VuaXi" and then they should import.

this error always repeat, and pt2 pop the error window and stop importing .
I don't want to see the error window ,let pt2 continue importing .

Do you have any suggestion?

I buy the pt3, it dont have this problem, but speed very slow . I use the pt2 now.

Are you having PT move the processed files to another folder? If you are then this error should not keep happening. Copy/paste the text from the pterrorlog.txt file from the last error in that file.

I'm using PT2 with PostGres. For a couple of weeks, I've been getting odd crashes when I try to import tourney summaries.

I get a "sqlstate =42601 error" as well, then the import stops.

What seems to be happening is someone has a name of /vwv\. Cute, huh? Well, Pokertracker apparently reads this as code or something, because it doesn't generate a "can't find player ^Jones^ in place 1208 in tourney" error. It just stopping importing the tourney summary or summaries.

I guess I'll have to edit my tournament summaries before importing them.
