Poker Tracker recommends, that you let Poker Tracker change your settings, when you open it. However this messes with some of my spreadsheets, because the separators are reverse with my normal settings.

Will something bad happen if I try to run Poker Tracker with Danish country and language settings?

You can try it and see what happens, but you may get import errors. Otherwise you will have to let PT change the settings and wait to work on your spreadsheets until after you close PT and the settings are changed back.
