no hands after restoring databse

i made a backup of my PTO database
i copied the file to my laptop where i had PTO successfully running for some time
i restored the database using the following thread:

i go to "Maintain databse Names" and select the new databse which seems to work fine
i restart PTO but there is no data although the names of all players show up, i.e. i have all players but zero hands on them.

what am i doing wrong?

I´ve got the same problem but i don´t know how to solve it. Please tell what you did wrong. When I select the restored Database and click at the Ring Game statistics or something like that it´s empty :(

How exactly did you restore the database? Is it a PostgreSQL database you restored?? Please give specific details about what exactly you have done.

Sorry dind´t think about that. It´s a PostgreSQL database from my computer before reinstalling my computer. I made a simple backup and now i want to connect the backup to pokertracker. My current PostgreSQL version is the same or higher than the version which was used at the backup. THere is no problem while restoreing it but when i want to select it under "File->Maintain Databse Names->Add->Select an existing PostgreSQL Database" an chose one of the list there aren´t any hands. I already have another existing Databse which was built by importing hands and playing poker. Now i want to use the other database again because it´s from a different pokersite.

Are you sure you just don't have some filters set that would prevent the data from this database from showing up?

haha i don´t know why there were some filters set but i like the button "remove all filters" xD
