What am i doing wrong?

I am trying to import observed handes from ftp... i have about 10 tables open...
on the fisrt time it fired I got this...
Import Finished - 31 file(s) read - 86 new hand(s) were imported.

Everytime after this I get....
No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.

I would also really like to delete all my old stants and still not ave been able to figure out how to do it.
1 more thing... are there any good rules for rating players for 6 handed PLO?

What folder do you have set up in PTO to get FTP hands from?

Are you sure Full Tilt is creating the .tmp files in that folder when you have all the tables open?

Also, if you are using Vista make sure you are running all poker programs as administrator.

ya that was the prob... i was running pto as admin but not ftp. if i had lots of tables open but not running ftp as admin... am i able to retrieve the hands i was playing in when i was not running as admin? also i found some rules to import for plo on another site but when i import them i get an error saying....The file selected is not a valid rules file. any idea why?
