Omaha hi-low players missing from database

I just started using PTOmaha and I play mainly PLO hi but splashed around for a few days in limit hl. None of the players from those games shows up in my database and I cannot find their stats or results. When I use auto-rate I see their names as it is rating but they don't show up with the rest on the main page. If I search for Lee markholt for example it says he does not exist but I played at least 1k hands with him. What gives?

I am using the HUD and it shows all the stats I have configured and the amt of hands I have played with them but the PTO does not.

If your hands imported without error then you probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing all of the data. Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

Thx that did it,, don't recall placing any filters.. musta been a typo :D
