So ub is rigged and unclicked my auto save HH button for a day. I emailed them and get the HH's but there all in .xls format.

How in god's name ami supposed to import them?

This feature is not available in PT Omaha. Email UB support again and see if they can send you the hands in plain text, the same format as the instant hand history window.
