PTO/Poker Grapher problems :(

Hello i have a question... I got a new code for PTO because i was getting the software on my laptop and everything whent good. I had used the first 1000 free hands and made a new databas with all the old hands and some new ones and in PTO its totally right but when i try to use poker grapher or poker ev grapher i can only see the first 1000 hands... Its like those programs dont except that i upgraded, how do i fix this?

I'm not sure how they work. You might want to ask the authors of those third party programs.
