problems accessing PTO update patch

I have been getting the same error message for a long time when I try to update my PTO. I have been ignoring it because it still works for the sites that I'm on, but would like to update now. I get prompted to update the software but when I click the link a page with the message "The file you requested could not be found." is brought up (http://www.pokertracker.com/404error.php).

I am running version 1.12.00.g.

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.01 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
