Moving HHs to a new Database

Postby I3enja » Wed Sep 10, 2008 4:18 am

Hello PT Support!

I currently play PLO full ring and 6-max games. All the HHs are stored in 1 database, but I would like to move all my 6-max HHs to a new database, keeping them seperate from my full ring HHs (because of easier analysis/PTO doesn't recognize 6-max tables so I have to manually select them)

My question is, is this possible? And if so, how can it be done?

Thanks!

From each database you want to merge into another one use Utilities>Export Hand Histories to File to create text files of your hands, then use File>Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries to import the hands into the other database. You can import the exported files all at once by putting them in the same folder and using File > Auto-Import hand Histories > Generic Setup...

To remove certain levels from the old database use Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options, Advanced purge.
