Hello, I had a problem with installation of postgreSQL, so I made a blank folder and installed it there. I installed it successfully then but now pokertracker shows me this problem. What should I do ?

If you didn't use our default password of "dbpass" then you will need to update the password in that dialog.
Is PostgreSQL shown as started in the Services list in Windows?

When I installed PostgreSQL I used my own password. Should that be a problem ? When I change password in the dialog, it shows me another problem: "FATAL: password authentication failed for user "postgres""
And yes, it is shown there.

Using your own password shouldn't be a problem, as long as you set that correctly in PT4.
If you're still having problems you can remove the need for PostgreSQL passwords:
How To: Remove PostgreSQL Password.
